WHO ARE WE?
"Spoofy" teaches children about internet dangers, online behavior, and touches on other topics related to smart technologies. "Spoofy" is engaging, educational, and free! This document aims to explain what information about you is collected by "Spoofy," what is done with it, and who has access to it. If you are seeking help, please read this document with your parents, teachers, or guardians.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES DOES "SPOOFY" COLLECT ABOUT ME?
The "Spoofy" game does not require registration, so it does not collect any personal information about you. If you download the game app, we will know that someone downloaded the game, but we will not know who that person is. By submitting a request, the data subject confirms that they are over 14 years old.
You can submit your suggestions, ideas, questions, complaints, and feedback to "Spoofy" via email spoofy.lt@cgi.com.
The personal data processed for the purposes of suggestions, ideas, questions, complaints, and feedback include the email address and any other personal data that the data subject may provide in the email message. This personal data is processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to fulfill a contract, as the "Spoofy" game/service is available publicly online.
Complaints and inquiries are kept for 1 (one) year.
Information collected through cookies includes: Unique website user identifier (ID), region, IP address, website language settings, and cookie bar preferences. These data are processed based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, with the consent of the data subject, as they choose which cookies to accept in their browser.

In processing personal data, we responsibly comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons in processing personal data and the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC, the Personal Data Legal Protection Act of the Republic of Lithuania, the Electronic Communications Act of the Republic of Lithuania, and other directly applicable legal acts regulating personal data protection, as well as the instructions of competent authorities.
We guarantee the exercise of the following rights upon your request/inquiry:
- To correct or complete personal data;
- To request the deletion of personal data;
- To object to the processing of personal data or to withdraw consent;
- To receive personal data related to you that you have provided;
- To withdraw your consent for the processing of personal data at any time by notifying us at spoofy.lt@cgi.com.
To exercise your rights, please send us an email at spoofy.lt@cgi.com. We will respond to your request no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your request and all necessary documents for the response.
You can file a complaint about our actions and decisions with the competent supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate (www.ada.lt). However, we recommend contacting us before submitting an official complaint so we can find a suitable solution to the problem.
